The best thing you can do is get your resolution as high as possible while being able to keep native fps(60 or 90 on theG2). Don't use SSAA, increase or decrease your resolution per eye using SteamVR. Make sure you are running the game in windowed mode with a lower res which will only affect the image on the monitor. Turn off TAA in game and turn motion smoothing on in SteamVR. The "Advanced Supersample Filtering" has been known to cause dual images of aircraft passing at high speed near you especially when looking at the ground, turn this off. My audio issue was initiated in "Windows Home" or whatever the F they call their Playstation Home ripoff area where they make you j off while trying to find a desktop to launch the game. Getting same (and really was getting that with the crashes too). RTX2070, G2 Reverb, Open XR set to WMR - if anyone with similar/near hardware has found a sweet spot I'm all ears. I had a low-end Lenovo before and besides being a blurry nightmare it ran well in the game on high settings. I have the misfortune of having gotten a new G2 right when Red Skies came out, so hard to baseline expectations. I am getting pretty decent performance overall between medium and high settings, though some random, sporadic chop - not sure if this me or continued instability of the game. In some games where there is a lot going on like port moreby with all the ship AA going on and lots of planes in the scene it can stutter a bit but it will pass and steady up again.
